Basswood / cherry shoji screens that slide into a wall pocket built in at the framing stage of this project. The lack of floor tracking is possible since the shoji are linked together to move as one. The floor guide is positioned at the pocket edge and inconspicuously stabilizes the screens.

The connecting master bath is also accessable from the living area. This shoji screen stores in the other side of the same pocket as the master bedroom shoji.
